Refund policy
All sales made through playpatrol.shop are final. By placing an order, the customer expressly agrees to the terms outlined in this policy. No exceptions will be made outside of what is explicitly stated below.
Refunds and Returns
Play Patrol Company maintains a strict no return, no refund policy.
Refunds will only be considered if there is clear, documented, and verifiable evidence that an item was damaged prior to shipping. The burden of proof rests solely with the customer.
Any request for consideration must include:
• Clear photographic evidence of the damage
• Photos of the original packaging
• The order number
• Submission within 48 hours of confirmed delivery
Claims submitted outside this window or without sufficient documentation will be automatically denied.
Damage occurring during shipping, after delivery, through misuse, or through normal wear does not qualify for a refund, replacement, or credit from Play Patrol Company.
Any approved resolution is issued solely at the discretion of Play Patrol Company and may be limited to a replacement or store credit. Cash refunds are not guaranteed under any circumstances.
Domestic Shipping, Carrier Liability, and Insurance
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. UPS provides up to $100 in carrier insurance for items damaged in transit.
Any damage occurring during shipping is the responsibility of UPS, not Play Patrol Company. Customers are required to pursue carrier damage claims directly with UPS. Play Patrol Company does not file, manage, or resolve shipping insurance claims on behalf of customers and assumes no liability for carrier related issues once the order has been transferred to UPS.
Non Refundable and Non Returnable Items
The following items are strictly final sale and non refundable under any circumstances:
• All clothing and apparel, including shirts, hoodies, hats, and accessories
• All international orders
• All digital products or downloadable content
• Clearance, promotional, or discounted items
• Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or normal wear
• Orders with incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Clothing and Apparel Disclaimer
All clothing and apparel items are final sale. Variations in fit, sizing, color, texture, or feel are not considered defects and do not qualify for refunds, returns, or exchanges. Customers are responsible for reviewing size charts and product descriptions prior to purchase.
International Orders
All international orders are final sale. Play Patrol Company does not offer refunds, returns, replacements, or credits for international shipments for any reason, including but not limited to damage, delays, customs seizures, carrier errors, or lost packages.
Shipping Responsibility and Transfer of Risk
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, all risk of loss, delay, or damage transfers to the customer. Play Patrol Company is not responsible for carrier delays, delivery failures, or shipping related damage.
Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses
Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping information provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds. Any reshipment, if offered, will require full payment of additional shipping costs.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes for orders that comply with this policy.
Any chargeback initiated in violation of this policy will be actively contested. Play Patrol Company will provide this policy, delivery confirmation, carrier records, customer communications, and photographic evidence to the payment processor as proof of policy acceptance and fulfillment.
Customers who file chargebacks without first contacting Play Patrol Company, or who abuse the chargeback process, may be permanently restricted from future purchases.
Fraudulent chargebacks may be reported to payment processors and flagged for merchant protection programs.
