Shipping policy

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through playpatrol.shop. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the terms outlined below.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 48 business hours from the time the transaction is completed. Business hours exclude weekends and holidays.

Play Patrol Company reserves the right to delay or cancel orders due to inventory availability, suspected fraud, payment verification issues, or operational constraints.

Shipping Methods
All domestic orders are shipped via UPS. Shipping method selection, carrier routing, and delivery timelines are determined by UPS once the order has been handed off.

International orders are shipped using the carrier and service selected at checkout. Carrier availability may vary by destination.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, package size, and weight. Shipping fees are non refundable under all circumstances.

Domestic Shipping
Once a domestic order has been handed off to UPS, responsibility for delivery transfers to the customer.

UPS provides up to $100 in carrier insurance for items damaged in transit. Any damage occurring during shipping is the responsibility of UPS, not Play Patrol Company. Customers must pursue shipping damage claims directly with UPS. Play Patrol Company does not file, manage, or resolve carrier insurance claims on behalf of customers.

International Shipping
All international orders are final sale.

Play Patrol Company is not responsible for international shipping delays, customs inspections, duties, taxes, import fees, seizures, or lost packages. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.

International shipments may experience delays beyond our control. These delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or credits.

Transfer of Risk
Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, all risk of loss, delay, theft, or damage transfers to the customer. Play Patrol Company assumes no responsibility for carrier related issues after transfer.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Information
Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or invalid shipping information are not eligible for refunds. Any reshipment, if offered, will require full payment of additional shipping costs.

Undeliverable or Returned Packages
Packages returned to Play Patrol Company due to refusal, failure to collect, or undeliverable status are not eligible for refunds. Reshipment, if approved, will require additional shipping charges.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Play Patrol Company is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier. Customers are responsible for contacting the carrier to resolve delivery issues.

Shipping Delays
Delivery dates provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping delays do not qualify for refunds, returns, or credits.
