Products and Availability
All products are subject to availability. Play Patrol Company reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time without notice.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Prices may change at any time without notice.

Payment is required in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment is successfully completed and verified.

Play Patrol Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or operational constraints.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 48 business hours from the time the transaction is completed. Business hours exclude weekends and holidays. Processing time does not include shipping transit time.

Shipping and Delivery
Shipping is governed by the Shipping Policy posted on playpatrol.shop, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

Once an order has been handed off to the shipping carrier, all risk of loss, damage, delay, theft, or delivery failure transfers to the customer. Play Patrol Company is not responsible for carrier related issues.

Returns and Refunds
All returns, refunds, replacements, and credits are governed by the Return and Refund Policy posted on playpatrol.shop, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

All sales are final except as explicitly stated in that policy. Clothing and apparel are strictly non returnable and non refundable under all circumstances.

International Orders
All international orders are final sale. Play Patrol Company is not responsible for customs delays, duties, taxes, import fees, seizures, carrier errors, or lost international shipments.

Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing and shipping information at checkout.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, sizing information, and all posted policies prior to completing a purchase.

Failure to comply with these Terms of Service or posted policies may result in order cancellation or restriction from future purchases.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
By completing a purchase, you agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for orders that comply with these Terms of Service and all posted policies.

Any chargeback initiated in violation of these terms will be actively contested. Play Patrol Company will submit order confirmation, delivery confirmation, carrier records, customer communications, and acknowledgment of these Terms of Service to the payment processor.

Customers who abuse the chargeback process may be permanently restricted from future purchases.

Intellectual Property
All content on playpatrol.shop, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, logos, videos, designs, and trademarks, is the property of Play Patrol Company and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Prohibited Use
You may not use this site for any unlawful purpose, to violate any laws or regulations, to infringe on intellectual property rights, or to interfere with the operation or security of the site.

Limitation of Liability

Play Patrol Company’s total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification
